Case studies
Singing together
All pupils, whatever their needs, can enjoy the All pupils, whatever their needs, can enjoy the inclusive choir created in partnership with Soundabout. Each month, children come together to share their love of singing, either in person or online. Vocal skills, self-confidence and friendship are among the many benefits.
Joint-partner performance
Our partners Oxford Bach Choir and Oxfordshire County Music Service collaborated at Christmas 2022 for the popular OBC carol concert. This gave children the chance to perform at the Sheldonian Theatre and brought the musical community together in joyful celebration.
Inspiration from world-class musicians
Thanks to music hub partner, Music at Oxford, children had the opportunity to sing with world-class musicians in a workshop at the Arvo Pärt Festival. It was an inspiring event, helping to broaden our young people’s musical and cultural horizons.
